Shipping Policy:

Australia Shipping

All retail orders from Pachamama are dispatched via Australia Post. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery is expected to take 1-2 days via Express Post (if selected at checkout) or 2-8 business days via standard delivery, depending on your location.

Free Shipping

Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $120.
(Free shipping on wholesale orders vary depending on order quantities)

International Shipping

International shipping is available upon request. Reach out to us here to discuss shipping details to your country

Tracking

When your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking notification email.

NOTE: Our products are made with real ingredients and no harmful additives, which means they can be heat sensitive and melt during warmer weather. We cannot take responsibility for melted products and do not refund if this occurs. If this occurs to your order you can simply put it in the fridge to cool or leave it in a cool place and it will naturally set again. We do not take responsibility for packages left unattended. Pachamama is not responsible for any delays caused from couriers or global circumstances.

Refund Policy:

At Pachamama, we produce and package our products ensuring that only those meeting our strict quality standards are dispatched. We are unable to exchange or refund orders due to change of mind, and due to the nature of our products we do not refund or exchange products that have been used.

If you received incorrect or damaged items, notify us within 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase along with a photo of the product (if damaged).

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
