The Elderberry Honey and Tea is great, I have a teaspoon of honey every morning and drink the tea twice a day. Love it, honey has a beautiful taste and know it helped with a recent threat of a chest infection repeating after only just recovering. You just know you are digesting something really good for you. Now sharing it with my grandchildren.
I have this tea before bed and it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep during the night. I also wake up feeling refreshed. Love!

Winter is here and we are taking all precautions not to get any bugs! My kids have been taking store bought vitamins but I often question just how effective they are. Elderberry Honey tastes just like regular honey and my kids love it. We take it twice a week for maintenance and it’s been great so far! I love that it has elderberry which is a powerful ingredients for immunity. Will definitely be purchasing again!
