Order Processing
All retail orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During promotions or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Australia Shipping
All Australian orders are dispatched via Australia Post.
Delivery timeframes (approximate):
• Express Post: 1–2 business days
• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.
Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $120.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide!
International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.
If your country isn’t listed or you have a special request, please contact us here and we’ll be happy to assist.
For international orders, Pachamama Tallow is responsible for dispatching your order correctly and providing tracking details. Once the parcel has been dispatched and has arrived in the destination country, delivery is handled by the local postal service and customs authorities.
We are not responsible for unclaimed parcels, parcels delayed by customs, or parcels returned to sender due to:

Failure to collect the parcel

Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout

Unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees
If an international order is returned to us due to being unclaimed, we are happy to reship the order once it has been received back, with additional shipping costs covered by the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged International Orders
Once an order is in transit, loss or damage may occur due to transport or courier handling, this is outside of our control.
For this reason, we offer optional shipping protection at checkout, which covers loss or damage during transit. If shipping protection is not selected, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for lost or damaged orders.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Heat Sensitivity Disclaimer
Our products are made with real, natural ingredients and contain no stabilisers or synthetic additives. As a result, products may soften or melt during warmer weather or transit. This does not affect product quality or effectiveness. If melting occurs, simply place the product in the fridge or a cool area and allow it to naturally reset.
We are unable to offer refunds for melted products.
Unattended Parcels, Delays & Global Events
Pachamama Tallow is not responsible for parcels left unattended after delivery, or for delays caused by couriers, weather events, or global circumstances beyond our control.
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
