My kids were constantly getting sick from kinder. Every second week we’d get sick or be suck for weeks on end affecting the entire family. I’m half way through my first jar and it cleared up the tail end of a cold so quickly I was impressed. My kids have a teaspoon a day and love when I tell them it’s honey time. Would highly recommend.

Our 5 year old son has a physical disability but is very active and is not the best sleeper. We have added this to our nightly routine and it is a game changer. We massage this into his whole body at the end of the day and it has made a huge difference to his sleep and has been great for his muscles recovering after a big day. I even use it on my sore joints as I have arthritis and it helps a lot. Plus the smell is so calming.
